About Francesco Paonessa
Francesco Paonessa (he/him) is an artist from Tkaronto/Toronto, Ontario.
After working for an independent publishing house, he switched to making art and illustrations for private commissions. A graduate of OCAD University and York University, he uses mixed media to wander the emotional landscapes between pop surrealism and abstract realism. He is inspired by folklore, music, dance, and nature.
When not drawing, Francesco likes to read books, drink coffee, and play guitar.
