About Cassidy Noel Palmer

I'm a graphite fantasy artist and traditional animator specializing in original independent content. During recent show closures I've returned to animation. I'm currently at work on a paperless frame-by-frame animated short to accompany animatics, concept art, and other pitch material for an original fantasy animated series I've had in development.
