Projects: A painting of Jean Hamlin, a notorious pirate based in the American Virgin Islands was commissioned by and hangs at the "Pirates, Shipwreck and Treasure Museum" located on the island of St Thomas. Maitz has been commissioned to illustrate interiors for "Faerie Tale",and "Magician" by Raymond Feist for Grim Oak Press and Stephen King's "The Stand" for PS Publishing in the UK. His painting of Captain Flint has been touring with the American Society of Marine Artist's National Exhibition to five museums beginning in the spring of 2020.
Description
To e published by Centipede Press as interior art for the re-release of the second book in Robert Stallman's Book of the Beast trilogy,The Captive. I painted the initial mass market cover art in 1980.
