Projects: This pen and ink drawing is the only more finished work I have available at the moment to submit to IBA. A few pastel illustrations were done late last year for a book still in progress, so not to be shown. Most of the last year and this one have been devoted to pinhole and large-format black & white photography in Yellowstone.
Description
The Yellowstone River, its former channel blocked by an ice dam, flows along the edge of the receding Yellowstone Glacier covering Pleasant valley below Lost Lake. Ice flows around either side of Garnet Hill. Hellroaring Mountain and its side valley glacier are visible in the distance.
