Recently, I have tried to stretch my abilities and gone out of my way to work with complicated fabrics and textures. When they come together, they do not seem complex, they "read" as a simple set of values. This piece started as a winter scene and an entirely different composition. It had reached its end and was still not able to stand on its own. Sometimes I have to put a piece away and see where it wants to be later. My huntress looked at the scene and claimed it. Her hunting companion watches for her as she decides on her next adventure!​
