Octopus's Garden is a wearable sculpture. Hand bracelet, articulated to move with the hand, made from palladium silver set with ruby eyes accented with shibuichi mermaids,clams set with pearls, fish,star fish and sea turtles. When not worn,it's displayed in a sand and shell base with hand , sculpted octopus dust cover as a work of art. I love creating pieces that can have dual purposes, as art isn't stationary for me. It's meant to be portable,wearable art to be experienced not stagnant. They're known to hang out in their caves and they go around the seabed finding shiny stones and tin cans and bottles to put in front of their cave like a garden , a "garden of delights".
