About Ariel Burgess
I am from the Washington, D.C. area and come from a family of artists. I have studied to be an Illustrator since I was little and am the first in my family to be published. I have hoped to prove to my family and to myself that being an artist can be a happy, challenging and financially sound carrier. My favorite medium is digital painting and I strive for realistic fantasy. My hope is to one day work in the film industry on concept art and story boarding.

| Projects: | I am an Illustrator and have worked Freelance for ten years as well as an Official artist for "The Wheel of Time" book series. I have also done work for Glass House Graphics (Stan Lee how to draw comics), Tor Books (The Wheel of Time Companion), Dawnrunner Productions (Social Media Marketing, Storyboards, Costume Design), I have also painted a few book covers over the years and produced a full deck of cards, several calendars, posters and now a Tee shirt for the company Ta'veren Tees. |
