Infected By Art Book - Volume 4

Joleen Flasher is a Boston-based freelance artist focusing on imaginative realism and fantasy. Her subject matter ranges from traditional figurative works to robotic frogs and the macabre. Working in both oils and watercolors, Joleen seeks to to incorporate textures and lighting into her work to produce truly luminous images that bring the viewer into the picture. Much of the inspiration for her personal work feeds from both her day job as an engineer and her love of costuming and design. These two elements together provide both structure and flow to her compositions.
