Britt Snyder (b.1974) is a representational figurative painter in the Boston area. Britt currently shows his paintings through Abend Gallery in Denver, CO and The Meyer Gallery in Park City, UT starting in winter 2015. Britt has exhibited his paintings in Arcadia Contemporary Galley, Sloane Merrill Gallery, Principle Gallery, Fitchburg State University and Fountain Street Gallery. Britt has been featured in Spectrum 21: The Best in Contemporary Fantastic Art, ImagineFX Magazine and he was awarded the 2014 Rising Stars Award through Muddy Colors illustration blog for his oil paintings. Britt earned his MFA in painting through Lesley College of Art and Design in Cambridge, MA. In addition to his painting Britt Snyder has 14 years experience as a commercial artist. Britt lives in Northborough Massachusetts with his wife and daughter.
